Governed tiers run on your infrastructure with a persistent volume and your identity provider. You declare the annual value of the decisions Razoo governs, the way you would declare a sum insured, and the fee is four to twelve basis points of it, falling as the value rises. The kernel never sees an amount. Embedded Kernel puts it inside the product you sell and meters every tenant separately.

What is a governed decision?
One piece of work that passed through the kernel and was resolved on any rung: a rule, a learned pattern, the model, or a person. It is the number on your conversion report, so you are billed on the same count you manage by.
What happens if we go over the cap or the value band?
Nothing stops. The console shows a banner, there is a thirty-day grace period, and sustained growth beyond your band moves you up at renewal, never mid-term. Governance of existing decisions, money and legal checks, and the audit trail never pause for billing.
Why are the small tiers hosted?
So that nobody has to install or update anything, and so the kernel itself stays with us. A Solo or Starter customer gets their own database, run and backed up by Razoo — not a row in a shared table with a filter on it, which is what usually breaks. The trial is the same, with a cap. Enterprises that need the software on their own infrastructure take the Appliance tier.
What happens at the end of the trial?
A card is verified at signup, not charged. The trial converts to Solo automatically on day 15 unless you cancel from the portal first. You get an email on day 10 and another on day 14 as a reminder.
Do you charge a share of the savings?
No. A fee that shrinks when the product works is the wrong incentive for both of us, and inference prices fall about tenfold a year, so a fee indexed to compute deflates to nothing. You keep the saving. We charge against the value we help you govern, which is a number that does not deflate.
Can an enterprise be hosted too?
Not at launch. Appliance, Appliance Plus and Enterprise run on your infrastructure so that nothing leaves your tenant, which is what those buyers ask for first. A Razoo-hosted dedicated option for those tiers follows once the independent security audit exists.
Can we see the source?
No. Razoo is proprietary and ships as packaged images and tarballs; no tier includes source. A security team audits it through the technical review under NDA: the invariants, the tests that pin them, the threat model, and the independent penetration test once it lands.
